accessibility statement

Effective Date: 7/22/26

We at Kanako Lifestyle are working to make our site accessible to people with disabilities.

What is Web Accessibility?

Web accessibility is about making sure everyone can use and enjoy a website, including people with disabilities. That can involve adding descriptions to images for screen reader users, choosing high-contrast colors, using clear text, and building pages that work well with assistive technology. The goal is simple: create an online space that welcomes as many people as possible.

Our Approach to Accessibility

This site is built with accessibility in mind. While I’m a small, independent creator, I work to make this website welcoming and usable for as many people as possible. While my site uses soft accent colors to match my brand aesthetic, the primary text is presented in high-contrast black on white for readability. I continue to review color contrast across the site and make updates as needed.

Wix provides built-in accessibility tools, and I use them as I continue learning and improving the site over time. This includes checking contrast, organizing content clearly, and updating pages to better work with assistive technologies such as screen readers and keyboard navigation.

Accessibility is an ongoing process, and I’m committed to growing as I build. If you ever experience difficulty using this site or need specific accommodation, please contact me — I’ll do my best to help.
