1. Introduction

Welcome to Kanako Lifestyle. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, the purchase of digital products or services, and participation in subscription-based membership programs. By accessing this site or making a purchase, you agree to abide by these terms.

2. Digital Product Use & Licensing

All digital products, including pre-made website templates and digital planners, are for personal or business use only. You may not resell, redistribute, or claim ownership of any product created by Kanako Lifestyle.

Unless additional design services are arranged separately, the customer is responsible for customizing and applying pre-made templates to their platform(s). Full design clients are accepted on a limited, space-available basis.

3. Subscriptions & Memberships

a. Billing & Access

Subscription plans (monthly or annual) are billed automatically through Wix Payments, PayPal, or Stripe. Your subscription grants access to tech support with the original designer.

b. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account. Your benefits will continue through the end of the paid billing cycle.
No refunds are offered for partial use, mid-cycle cancellations, or non-use of services.

Redesigns in progress at the time of cancellation may be paused or forfeited unless otherwise approved by the relevant authorities.

c. Support & Communication

Members are expected to communicate clearly and promptly via the Member Portal to access services or schedule re-designs. Lack of communication may result in delays, rescheduling, or loss of service for that month.

Support is available Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM – 1:45 pm EST.

4. Payment & Refunds

All purchases—whether for digital downloads, templates, or memberships—are final.
Refunds will not be issued for any digital product or subscription service.
Chargebacks or unauthorized disputes will result in permanent suspension from future services and access.

5. Client Responsibilities

It is the responsibility of the customer to:

  • Have access to and understand the use of required platforms and software (e.g., Wix for website templates, PDF apps for planners)

  • Be aware of third-party platform fees (such as Wix plan costs)

  • Maintain timely communication when requesting re-designs or technical assistance

Kanako Lifestyle does not offer ongoing technical support outside of what’s outlined in the subscription plan.

6. Fair Use, Revisions & Boundaries

We aim to strike a healthy balance between delivering quality service and maintaining a sustainable workload. To ensure fairness:

  • Abuse of service, disrespectful communication, or consistent boundary violations may result in loss of membership access without refund

7. Limitation of Liability

Kanako Lifestyle is not responsible for any loss, delay, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure they understand how to implement and use any template, file, or tool they receive.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be updated at any time. Members and customers will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of this website, products, or services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
